Yup enough money for our sports complex or a start up capital for our city college or city hospital.

WOW! That’s really a lot. Something has to be done to ensure that the local governments such as Davao City get their fair share of the national revenue.

How are cities created? If I may ask? If they are thru congress enacting into law the creation, I wonder how our three congressmen voted on these? Did they vote “yes” to the proposed new cities? Without thinking of the consequences? That is disgusting!
