Cabinet revamp

The cabinet appears headed for another shake up. I heard that former Senator Ralph Recto has been offered to head the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) before the Palace occupant left for a junket to the US.

This could be the reason Romy Neri – a square peg at the round hole at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) – can no longer go back to his old post at NEDA.

He is being shipped out to the Social Security System (SSS).

After refusing to testify at the NBN-ZTE hearings, Neri actually lost credibility to head any government agency.
